• We DO NOT accept MediCal, Medicare or HMO plans like DeltaCare^®.
• We are OUT OF NETWORK for most insurances and are ONLY IN NETWORK for Delta Dental as a PREMIER provider.

Your dental insurance is a product designed by your employer or by the insurance company if purchasing directly from them. We will do everything possible to maximize your insurance utilization; however, please do not let the lack of benefits dictate your desired or necessary treatment.

If there is a change to your dental plan details or a general dental insurance policy change, unfortunately we are not notified of that change by your insurance company. Please reach out to us prior to your appointment with the dental insurance change and we will be able to proactively inform you of what your new plan covers, patient portions, if we’re out of network or not and if there’s a waiting period. Not all insurance companies are the same and sometimes we are not provided a lot of detail prior to your appointment. If that’s the case, you may also want to reach out to your HR contact for further detail.

If you don’t currently have dental insurance coverage, we offer:
