Club membership is available to all patients who do not have dental insurance. After payment of the current fee, members will receive the following:

2 Hygiene Appointments ($750 value) including:

• Dentist Exam
• Check-up X-Rays
• iTero Wellness Scan (NEW for 2024)
• Dental Cleaning
• TMJ Screening
• Oral Cancer Screening
• Fluoride for child members
• Oral Hygiene Instruction
• Periodontal Evaluation

20% Courtesy Off Our Fees (including Whitening and NightGuards) and 

10% Courtesy Off INVISALIGN / Retainers 

A treatment plan will be provided in writing for all recommended procedures displaying our fee and the courtesy applied.

The following items are excluded: All dental products like whitening gel, electronic toothbrushes, prescription toothpastes, etc.

No other courtesies apply under this membership.

• The membership fee can be paid at any time up to or at your first visit with us. Coverage is in effect for 12 months beginning in the month of your first appointment in the new year.
• Any unused hygiene appointments for the rolling 12 months will NOT be rolled over into the next year of membership.
• Patient portions for any treatment performed must be paid in full at time of service unless approved financial arrangements have been previously made.
• For account balances over 30 days, interest charges will apply.
• If you need to reschedule an appointment, please provide at least 2 business days’ notice in order to not be charged a missed appointment fee of $50 per 30 minutes of your reserved time.
