We are pleased to offer The Club, Loftin Dental’s in-house dental plan. Membership is available to all those who currently do not have dental insurance. Patients have found this to be a terrific alternative!
At the conclusion of your exam, a treatment plan will be provided to you in writing with recommended procedures. As a member of The Club you will receive 20% off our customary fees. (These fees are subject to change.) Any treatment must be paid in full at time of service unless financial arrangements have been made.
Not included in the program are whitening services, retainers and dental products. Dental products include WaterPiks, Sonicares, brush replacements, Arestin, Fluoride and prescription toothpastes. (We sell these items at our cost and don’t raise the prices for our patients.)
As a Club member, no other discounts will apply, i.e. Senior Citizens Courtesy discount.
Coverage is for the calendar year, ending December 31st. Any prepaid service not used by December 31st will NOT be rolled over into the next year. Our office will notify you one month prior to membership renewal.
Members in The Club also receive 10% off Invisalign. Here’s your chance to create the smile you’ve always wanted! Treatment includes a series of virtually invisible, removable aligners that are switched out every two weeks. Here is more about Invisalign services at Loftin Dental.
Child Club Plan (14 years & younger): $259 per year

Make sure to complete both forms: New Patient Registration and Medical History Form. After this initial registration we will ask you for updates every 2 years.

We do accept most PPO dental plans, and are considered in network for Delta Dental and Cigna. If you don’t currently have insurance coverage, we offer a few options:
