Membership is available to all patients those who do not have dental insurance.  Patients have found this to be a terrific alternative!

How It Works:

Club Membership is available to all patients who do not have insurance. After payment of the current fee, members will receive the following:

 Two hygiene appointments ($600 value) that include: 

  • Dentist Exam
  • Dental Cleaning
  • Check-up X-Rays
  • Oral Cancer Screening
  • Oral Hygiene Instruction
  • Periodontal Evaluation
  • TMJ Screening

20% Courtesy Off Our Fees and 10% Off INVISALIGN / Retainers 
A treatment plan will be provided in writing for all recommended procedures displaying our fee and the courtesy applied. 

The following items are excluded: All dental products like whitening gel, prescription toothpastes, electronic toothbrushes, etc. No other courtesies apply under this membership.

  • The membership fee can be paid anytime before or at your first visit with us. Coverage is in effect for 12 months beginning in the month of your first appointment in the new year. 
  • Any unused hygiene appointments for the rolling 12 months will NOT be rolled over into the next year of membership.
  • Patient portions for any treatment performed must be paid in full at time of service unless approved financial arrangements have been previously made.
  • If you need to reschedule an appointment, please provide at least 2 business days notice in order to not be charged a missed appointment fee of $50 per 30 minutes of your reserved time. 


  • Adult: $425 per year
  • Child (13 years old & younger): $275 per year

Please note that filling out the on-line forms DOES NOT automatically schedule you for a new patient exam. Please call us at 925-672-7997 to schedule your appointment.

After this initial registration, we will ask you for formal updates every 2 years.

What Insurance Does Our Office Accept?


We do accept most PPO dental plans. We do not accept MediCal, Medicare or HMO plans.

We are OUT OF NETWORK for most insurances but are IN NETWORK for Delta Dental.

If you don’t currently have dental insurance coverage, we offer:
