Dr. Loftin offers a complimentary consultation and smile assessment. Here, he can determine a treatment plan to get you to the results and smile you desire. Invisalign treatment consists of a series of virtually invisible, removable aligners that you switch out every two weeks.
Each aligner is individually made with exact calculations to gradually shift your teeth into place. You can take them out for daily necessities like eating, drinking, brushing and flossing. Follow up visits to monitor progress are generally every six to eight weeks.

How the Process Works
You may start by taking Invisalign’s Smile Quiz if you like, and/or schedule a consultation with our office to get scanned. We will review the scan with you and determine if you’d be a good candidate for Invisalign. Invisalign treatment can help with crowding, aligning your bite to minimize excess wear, and creating a beautiful straight smile!
If you decide to move forward with treatment, we can then review your insurance and estimate your out-of-pocket cost and insurance coverage.
We will then send in the scan and pictures to Align Tech and our office will work with their technicians to design your custom aligners. After about 3 weeks, we’ll have you back and we will deliver your first sets of aligners and review how often to change them. We will continue to see you every 4-6 weeks to monitor your progress and assist with any concerns or questions you have.
At the end of your treatment, we will scan you for retainers that you will continue to wear in order to maintain your smile. Sometimes the retainers can be just worn in the evenings, sometimes longer. Everyone is unique.
